Concept + Design
The first step in embroidering a garment is to design the artwork and choose a product. You can choose from various amount of items from our catalog.

Prep
We must convert the design into a format that can be read by the embroidery machine. The digitized file is then loaded into the machine's software.

Tests + Approval
We will provide a digital proof of the design for you to approve. This allows the customer to see exactly what the embroidered design will look like on the garment. If any changes are needed, the customer can request revisions before giving their final approval.

Embroidering
Once the design is approved, the garment is hooped. The embroidery machine is then threaded with the appropriate color for the design. The machine is then set to embroider the design. The operator selects the appropriate stitch pattern and sets the machine in motion.

Finishing Touches
Once the embroidery is complete, the garment is removed from the hoop and trimmed of any loose threads. The garment may also be steamed or pressed to help the embroidery stand out and look its best.

Packaging + Shipping
Once your embroidered shirts are completed, they are inspected for quality, then if desired, individually bagged and labeled. Following by being packaged in a shipping box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. From there, your package can be shipped directly to you, or you can pick it up from our shop in person!
