How it works
Making custom apparel can be a complicated task, but through the steps below we can ensure the best quality product and the highest expectations.
Concept + Design
The first step in the screenprinting process is to create the design that will be printed. This can be done using graphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, or by hand-drawing the design and scanning it into a digital format.
Prep
The next step is to prepare the mesh screen that will be used to transfer the design onto the surface being printed.
Tests + Approval
Before Printing, tests prints are done on sample fabrics to ensure that colors are accurate to the design. Photos are sent for approval before proceeding to print.
Printing
The ink is then applied to the top of the screen, and a squeegee is used to press the ink through the open area of the screen and onto the surface being printed. The screen is lifted away, revealing the printed design. The process is repeated for each color in the design, with a separate screen and ink for each color.
Curing + FINISHING
Once the printing is complete, the ink is cured to ensure that the print is durable and long-lasting. the garment may be hot pressed, and Depending on the request, a sewn embellishment will then be added afterwords.
Packaging + Shipping
Once your Printed shirts are completed, they are inspected for quality, then if desired, individually bagged and labeled. Following by being packaged in a shipping box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. From there, your package can be shipped directly to you, or you can pick it up from our shop in person!
Embroidery
Concept + Design
The first steps in embroidering a garment is to design the artwork and choose a product. You can choose from a various amount of items from our catalogue.
Prep
We must convert the design into a format that can be read by the embroidery machine. The digitized file is then loaded into the machine's software.
Tests + Approval
We will provide a digital proof of the design for you to approve. This allows the customer to see exactly what the embroidered design will look like on the garment. If any changes are needed, the customer can request revisions before giving their final approval.
EMBROIDERING
Once the design is approved, the garment is hooped. The embroidery machine is then threaded with the appropriate color for the design. The machine is then set to embroider the design. The operator selects the appropriate stitch pattern and sets the machine in motion.
FINISHING TOUCHES
Once the embroidery is complete, the garment is removed from the hoop and trimmed of any loose threads. The garment may also be steamed or pressed to help the embroidery stand out and look its best.
Packaging + Shipping
Once your embroidered shirts are completed, they are inspected for quality, then if desired, individually bagged and labeled. Following by being packaged in a shipping box to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. From there, your package can be shipped directly to you, or you can pick it up from our shop in person!

Quote + Approval
We request a quote for the custom merchandise, Provide the vendor with details including the type of merchandise, quantity, and any sizes. The vendor will provide a digital proof of the design for approval. Request any changes as needed and give final approval once satisfied with the design.
Place Order
With the approval granted, the order is placed and production takes place. The process can be documented for satistfaction.
Receiving

Once the custom merchandise is complete, it will be shipped Out to us for quality control before we can send it to you.

SEWN EMBELLISHMENTS
Concept + Design
The first step is to determine the type of garment and embellishment desired. Consider the garment material, color, and size, as well as the desired embellishment design.
Order Embellishment
We provide the design to our certified vendors, ensuring an excellent quality embellishment with a good price and turnaround time.
Tests + Approval
Before the final embellishment work is completed, the vendor will provide a sample of the sewn embellishment for approval. Review the sample and provide any necessary feedback or changes.
SEWing
Given your chosen embellishment and desired location, our in-house seamstress will secure it onto your garment using their equipment and expertise, resulting in a beautifully embellished finished product.
Finishing
our seamstress backstitches at the beginning and end of the seam to prevent the thread from unraveling. If the edges of the embellishment are raw or unfinished, We finish them with a serger or zigzag stitch to prevent fraying.
